EPISODE 75 – What Ever Happened to Mr. Garibaldi?

Sometimes, when the shit hits the fan, when you are dealing with rage and grief, and even your victories seem hollow…. sometimes, you start a bar brawl to find your friend. Sometimes, you lead a group of the best your race has to offer into almost certain death against long odds because that’s what your Lost Love would have wanted. And sometimes? You spend nine days rapping with an Alien Space Wizard about the meaning of Consciousness and the line between Life and Death, man. *puffs… passes…*Β  πŸ™‚

Each of the main arcs in this story were defined by characters struggling against a feeling of being trapped. Delenn in her grief. G’Kar and Marcus by their deeply felt obligation to find Garibaldi. Garibaldi himself in a weird circular cell, thrashing around until he HAD to be sedated. And these characters don’t LIKE feeling trapped. Not. One. BIT.

  1. Lincolni audio drama. This is gonna be great. I sent one of those ideas you requested a few episodes ago to the mail.

I really enjoyed the analysis of Delenn and Sheridan in this episode.

    • We did indeed suspect that you, of all our Constant Listeners, would dig that announcement the most. πŸ™‚

And yes, I did indeed get your email! In fact, you were thinking along the same line as me…. Most of the story will bounce around to different groups and persons of interest near the beginning, but there will be others who are inspired by them, and by those who have successively borne the mantle of “Lincolni” for decades. πŸ™‚

There will be female parts available as I write more. I’ve only just finished Episode One, and have eps 2-4 outlined (will probably be 10 eps or so). This will be the largest audio project I have ever attempted, even in short, monthly 10-12 minute episodes. But be assured, when there is a part, I will send you lines. Oh, and this goes for others as well… If you have done voiceover work or even just vanilla stage acting before, and you wanna give it shot, shoot us an email at the show’s address. πŸ™‚
